Rise and Stand

Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.

Prayer

Father, I trust you: you are my God. You are my protector. You send help and give support as you show your favor to your children. Father, thank you for making a way for us to rise and stand in your salvation and to invite others to stand with us in Christ! You have saved me! You have made me new! I will shout for joy because of all the good things that you have done for me! Father, you alone are the rock that we can stand on. Help me to put all my trust fully in you; you are faithful, you will not fail.

Training

Jesus is the only name that saves.

This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the cornerstone. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.

Our God is faithful. He will protect us.

But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.

The Holy Spirit is sent to help us to proclaim God’s salvation.

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.

God makes a way where there is no way.

You will not need to fight in this battle. Stand firm, hold your position, and see the salvation of the Lord on your behalf
