Our Statement of Faith

 Reflective Shield Ministries holds to the Bible as the supreme authority in matters of faith and practice and to the following statement of faith:

• We believe that salvation is from God who, in his grace, sent his son Jesus Christ to sacrificially shed his blood and die as our substitute. Salvation is by grace through faith in Christ alone. After he suffered in our place and died, Jesus rose from the dead and offers to us the same new life in him. All who trust in Christ are regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are children of God forever.

• We believe in one God eternally existing as one being and three co-equal persons known as the Trinity: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

• The son of God is Jesus who was born of a virgin. He was fully man and fully God at the same time.

• The Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are fully inspired by God.

• Man was created in the image of God, but he chose to sin, thereby incurring physical and spiritual death, and we believe that all are sinful and in need of a savior.

• The church is made up of all believers of the Lord Jesus Christ. Every member of the church is called to reflect God’s glory to the world individually and communally with their entire life.

• Jesus will return and take the church into his presence as promised.
