Heard and Helped

Blessed be the LORD! For he has heard the voice of my pleas for mercy. The LORD is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him.

Prayer

Father, I pray to you because you are a firm foundation. Hear me and answer me when I ask for help. I cannot do anything good without you. You are holy. Be merciful to me. I know your works and worship the wonders of your hands. Father, you are worthy. You are holy. You are awesome. Praise your name. Praise the name of Jesus. You have heard me. You have heard my heart’s cry for mercy and you have shown me mercy. You are my strength, you protect me from harm. Father, when I trust you, you help me and lead me to worship you more and more and to give thanks to you. Thank you for sending Jesus in my place. Thank you for making me new. Thank you for sending your spirit to indwell the members of your church. You are our savior, our stronghold, and our shepherd. Thank you for listening to me and making me yours.

Training

When you need help who do you ask?

Our God listens to us. More than that, our God is more than able to help us beyond anything that we can think or imagine. I invite you to join me in lifting high our God who hears and helps.

Warriors, take confidence in this reality that when you ask God for help, you have been heard and He is able to help.
